PROBLEM

City officials felt as though an upper floor of one of its major buildings left staff and constituents at risk in the event of a safety threat. They wanted to better protect inhabitants in vulnerable areas, specifically from one upper window and a reception area.

SOLUTION

We consulted with the customer and provided recommendations to obscure visibility into the building and retrofit bullet-resistant glass into an existing window to support their safety goals.
