The technician that showed up was Steven. I explained the scenario that I had going on with my new door. He had it up and running within about 15 minutes on all my devices. I can open and close from the car mirror Button, from the visor buttons, they come with the system, from the keypad and from my iPhone. It was simple to replicate the myQ app on my wife’s phone. So now we’re totally wired in. Steven did a fine job, Totally professional very personal. A good guy.

I had contact another garage door company the night the accident happened, and he was gonna come the next morning, but he had a dental issue that kept him away. I called overhead door at 10 o’clock and Dean in the office assured me to get somebody right out to the house, and Josh, their technician, showed up at 11:40, less than two hours later, took care of everything I needed to have done and did such a wonderful job. 11/5 got 2 basic garage doors installed today. This is an older structure and they made it work. They hauled off the old swing out big doors, installed some framing and then put in the new doors. They look great. Service was stellar. Process was smooth.

Doors were not the cheapest option but one step up from the large amount of options.

I probably won't need garage doors again for a few decades but if I did I would call these folks with no concern.

** The garage is unfinished and the doors are level with the opening the gap under the doors particularly on the left one is due to the soil inside, not the install. I will address that.

The absolutely nicest folks and didn't leave till they saw everything was working perfectly.

Worked with me to coordinate installation with adjacent work. Steven, the technician, was very professional and glad to support the project to achieve the desired intent, getting the door track and door above the rafter ties for a concealed door when fully opened. Rusty, the area sales rep, came right out and dialed me in on what I wanted, offering sound advice too.  When the door arrived, Rudy, the installer and one man band, pro’d it out with precision and attention to detail.   Both guys were good people, just easy to talk to like we have known each other for a bit, even though we have not.  Great feeling as a customer after pulling the trigger on a purchase like this.  I will be buying a second garage door in the near future and will have no hesitation on who to call and who to refer to anyone else with similar garage door needs.
