 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last week my garage door broke. The thing that attaches to the motor broke off the bracket that pulls the door up. I called Overhead Door Company because there was a sticker on the door (I didn't have the original installed). They actually answered the phone quickly and someone came out the next morning. He showed me all the reasons that I might consider a new door (which were valid) and I opted not to replace the door. He fixed the original problem and another one to strengthen the imperfect door. He didn't push or try to scare me when I said no to the new door. Unfortunately, tradespeople often take advantage of women who are sometimes less informed than men (and often not!). He didn't push and was completely respectful of my choice. He was efficient, friendly and the cost was really fair and reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Overhead Door. And to OD - find out who serviced my door and make sure you're taking good care of him. He's truly an asset to the team!!
